» Please read Wowshopper's General Store Policy Sunpentown Warranty & Return Policy Warranty: One-year parts and labor warranty. Customer must pay all repair and freight charges after warranty period. Warranty applies to residents of the United States only. Repair Freight: SPT covers freight (both ways) for repair within 1 month from date of purchase. After 1 month to 1 year, SPT covers the return freight to customer (one way). Reject or Refused Shipment: Customer will be held responsible for both-way shipping charges Restocking Fee: 12% restocking fee for ALL return within 30 days. Freight charges are non-refundable. Return Authorization: RA # must be issued to customer before unit is returned to SPT. No return will be accepted or credited after 30 days. SUNPENTOWN INTERNATIONAL, INC. warrants its products to be defect free in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Defective products may be returned by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner within the warranty period, postage pre-paid together with proof of purchase date to Sunpentown International. Defective products will be repaired or at manufacturer's discretion, replaced at no charge including return postage. The warranty does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, nor to damages incurred through improper use and care, faulty packing or mishandling by any common carrier. Repairs not covered by this warranty will be performed at current cost for parts and labor plus return postage. Manufacturer's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to such repair or replacement. This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights varying from state to state. If you have a claim: 1. Do not return the product to the retailer from which it was purchased. SUNPENTOWN INTERNATIONAL, INC. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime telephone number with you shipment. *Returns must be sent with all shipping charges pre-paid. We suggest that you carefully wrap your package for shipping and send by insured or by traceable means. What happens to my return? If our inspection shows that the product is not defective under our Limited Warranty we will return it to you shipping charges prepaid. Please note that the inspection process can take 7-10 business days from receipt of your return. Replacements and/or repairs can take 4-6 weeks depending on product/part availability. International Shipments: Shipments to Canada/PR/HI - Recipient is responsible for custom tax and duty. Warranty stated on this page supersedes Wowshoppers General Store Policy. |
